IBPS SO Citizenship/Nationality

If you want to apply for IBPS SO 2022, you must be from one of the following groups:

• Someone who lives in India or Nepal or
• Bhutanese citizens or Tibetan refugees who lived in India before January 1, 1962
• A person with Indian roots moved from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.

IBPS SO Education Qualification

IBPS SO hires people for jobs like I.T. Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer, etc. As of November 21, 2022, the educational requirements for each of these jobs are different.

Officer of IT (Scale I)

Candidates must have an engineering or technology degree in Computer Science/Applications, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation. Those with a postgraduate degree in the same fields are also eligible.

IBPS SO 2022 can also be applied for by graduates who have passed DOEACC “B.”

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I)

To apply for this job, you need to have a 4-year degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I)

Eligible for IBPS SO 2022 are people who have a PG degree in Hindi with English as a graduation subject or a PG degree in Sanskrit with both English and Hindi as graduation subjects.

Law Officer (Scale I)

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and be registered with the Bar Council as an advocate.

HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I)

You can apply for this job if you have a bachelor’s degree and a two-year master’s degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labor Law.

Officer of Marketing (Scale I)

Those who want to apply must have a two-year full-time degree in MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM with a Marketing specialization.

IBPS SO Age Limit (01/11/2022)

To be able to full fill the IBPS SO eligibility criteria, a candidate must be at least 20 years old. The most you can be is 30 years old. The Government of India lowers the age limit for people who are in a “reserved category”.
