ITBP Head Constable 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

Candidate should posses the following educational qualification –

• Degree from a recognised university or its equivalent with psychology as a one of the subjects, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a closely related field with a recognised university.

ITBP Head Constable 2022 Age Limit

By the 11th of November 2022, the age restriction is set at 20 to 25 years old.
For candidates who fall into a certain group(Reserved), the upper age restriction may be relaxed.

ITBP Head Constables Salary

The shortlisted individuals would get a wage scale, Level 4, in the pay matrix of Rs. 25,500-81,100 (as per 7th CPC) for the position of Head Constable, according to the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force announcement.

ITBP Recruitment Selection method

Candidates should go for the following procedures for selection in the ITBP for Head Constable –

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET),
• Physical Standard Test (PST),
• Written Test, Document Verification,
• Detailed Medical Examination (DME), and
• Review Medical Examination (RME)

Fee for Applications

• Candidates belongs to General and OBC category must submit an application fee of Rs. 100.
• Candidates who are SC, ST, female, or ex-servicemen are need not to pay Exam fee.
