Swami Vivekananda was a Indian Hindu monk, philosopher, writer, religious teacher and reformer of India.

About Swami Vivekananda

Swami Vivekananda born on 12th january, 1963 at Calcutta now Kokata. His origainal name was Narendranath Dutta.

Swami Vivekananda, who was the main disciple of Indian Guru Ramakrishna, gave many thoughts and statements to inspire the youth

He represented India at World Parliament of Religions (Chicago) in 1893.

In 1897, he founded the Ramkrishna Mission, a hindu relegious and spritual organisation at Belur Math, Kolkata on the bank of river Ganga that help Indian to change the way of life.

Swami Vivekanand passed away on 13th October, 1911 in Darjeeling, West Bengal (India).

12th January, 20223 is celebrated as 160th Birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanand
